Shipping Policy
Delivery Information

Seed 2 Leaves carefully packs your plants so they arrive in great condition.
Shipping times vary depending on when you place your order, and which part of the state/county you live in.

Shipping is based on the weight of the products you purchase, and we offer two pick up locations in Victoria.
​
We do not post to PO Boxes and to help us get your plants to you in a timely manner ensuring you leave your accurate address and any details to help with a smooth delivery of your plants arriving in great condition is appreciated.

Do let us know if you have any problems with your order and we will do our best to sort them out and make sure you are a happy customer.

Summer Shipping terms
In the warmer months, for the welfare of your plants, we will only be shipping out on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to avoid any plants left sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. And in cases of extreme heat days, we may need to delay shipping a couple of days.
Thank you for your patients over the hotter months as we get through summer.

Return & Exchange Policy
We go out of our way to ensure our tube stock plants are in the optimum condition when they arrive to you and if by chance something you are not happy with we are here to help you on your way to planting your habitat.
Please email us at info@seed2leaves.com with photos and some information on what you are not happy with, within seven days of purchase.
We do not do exchanges on plants purchases, please read the description on the product to know you are getting what you want.
